Lalaggi is probably one of the most popular products from the area of Mani. This authentic recipe was brought to Kalamata by Charalambos Papadakos in 1920. All these years our bakery has introduced traditional products, such as the artisan bread, some fine Mani delicacies and wholesome rusks, which proved to be very popular with our customers. This is mainly because of our ‘meraki’, the Greek work for the enthusiasm and care for one’s work, and the fact that for the Papadakos family owing a bakery has always been a family matter..

 

Our products are mostly wholesome, traditional foods closely connected to the customs and traditions of the area of Mani. The materials we use are of excellent quality and are produced locally.
